28.05.10. Georgia National Science Foundation congratulates Georgian scientists
.jpg) On National Independence day, May 26 the president of Georgia awarded prominent Georgian scientists with national prize.
Honorable prize was given to several research groups, among them:
Edisher Tskhadadze, Irakli Minashvili, Aleksandre Sharmazanashvili and Jemal Khubua for the cycle of works in the field of Natural Sciences, namely in the physics “Creation of the monitoring system of the central elements and equipments of muonic system and hadron calorimeter in the experiment ATLAS planned on the Large Hadron collider.”
Maia Beridze, Dudana Gachechiladze, Roman Sharakarashvili and Aleksandre Tsiskaridze in the field of clinical medicine, namely for the cycle of works in the sphere of Neurosciences “the strategy of overcoming stroke in the conditions of modern technology development”
Giorgi Oniashvili, Guram Varshalomidze, Zurab Aslamazashvili and Garegin Zakharov for the equipment in the field of Techniques, that aims to create new class of materials by elaborating effective technologies of the self-distributed, high temperature synthesis.
Giorgi Keburia and Murman Kvinikadze for the works in the field of Earth sciences and environment, that is dedicated to the elaboration of ecological security concept of Georgia and mankind in general.
Georgia National Science Foundation congratulates Georgian scientists for their national prizes and wishes lot of success in their future scientific career.
