About the liquidation of Legal Entity of Public Law - Georgia National Science Foundation

In accordance with the articles 16 and 17 of the Georgian Law “On the legal Entity of Public Law” and article 61 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia:

1. The liquidation of the Legal Entity of Public Law - Georgia National Science Foundation (afterwards - foundation) should be implemented by August 1^st 2010.
2. Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia should ensure the implementation of all necessary arrangements related to the process of liquidation.
3. After the liquidation of the Foundation all its rights and duties should be performed by the Legal Entity of Public Law – Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
4. The Presidential Decree №653 of 17 July 2005 “about the establishment of the Legal Entity of Public Law - Georgia National Science Foundation” declared to be repealed.
5. This Order except of the articles 3 and 4 should be put into effect after its publication.
6. The articles 3 and 4 should be put into effect from 1  August  2010.
